1. Scope١. نطاق السياسة

This policy applies to wholesale orders supplied by Khat Alilham Company (TORMALEN) to distributors and retailers inside the Kingdom.تسري هذه السياسة على طلبات الجملة التي تورّدها شركة خط الإلهام (تورمالين) للموزعين وتجار التجزئة داخل المملكة.

2. Return period٢. مدة الاسترجاع

• Shipment discrepancy or transit damage: notify us within 3 working days of receiving the shipment, with photographs of the packaging and the goods.نقص في الشحنة أو تلف أثناء النقل: يُبلَّغ خلال ٣ أيام عمل من استلام الشحنة، مع صور للتغليف والبضاعة.
• Return of unopened stock: within 14 days of the delivery date, subject to prior written approval.استرجاع بضاعة غير مفتوحة: خلال ١٤ يوماً من تاريخ التسليم، وبموافقة خطية مسبقة.
• Manufacturing defect: handled under the two-year product warranty, not under this return period.عيب تصنيع: يُعالَج ضمن ضمان المنتج لمدة سنتين، لا ضمن مدة الاسترجاع.

3. Condition of the returned product٣. حالة المنتج المرتجع

• The product must be in its original condition and original sealed packaging, with all accessories and manuals.أن يكون المنتج بحالته الأصلية وتغليفه الأصلي غير المفتوح، وبكامل ملحقاته وأدلته.
• Serial numbers and labels must be intact and unaltered.أن تكون الأرقام التسلسلية والملصقات سليمة وغير معدّلة.
• No physical damage, misuse, or damage from liquids.ألا يوجد تلف مادي أو سوء استخدام أو ضرر ناتج عن السوائل.
• Items sold as clearance or with a custom logo print are not returnable except for a manufacturing defect.الأصناف المباعة بصفة تصفية أو المطبوع عليها شعار مخصص غير قابلة للاسترجاع إلا لعيب تصنيع.

4. How to request a return or exchange٤. إجراءات طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع

• Send a request to info@tormalensales.com or call +966 11 531 1012, stating the invoice number, the item and quantity, and the reason.أرسل طلباً إلى info@tormalensales.com أو اتصل على +966 11 531 1012، موضّحاً رقم الفاتورة والصنف والكمية والسبب.
• Attach photographs of the product and its packaging where the request concerns damage or a defect.أرفق صوراً للمنتج وتغليفه إذا كان الطلب بسبب تلف أو عيب.
• We review the request and issue a written approval with a return reference number within 2 working days.نراجع الطلب ونصدر موافقة خطية برقم مرجعي للإرجاع خلال يومَي عمل.
• Ship the goods only after receiving the approval, with the reference number written on the carton. Shipments sent without prior approval are not accepted.أرسل البضاعة بعد استلام الموافقة فقط، مع كتابة الرقم المرجعي على الكرتون. ولا تُقبل الشحنات المرسلة دون موافقة مسبقة.

5. Who pays the return shipping٥. من يتحمل تكاليف شحن الاسترجاع

• We pay when the reason is ours: a manufacturing defect, a wrong item, a shortage, or damage that occurred in transit.نتحمّلها نحن إذا كان السبب من طرفنا: عيب تصنيع أو صنف خاطئ أو نقص أو تلف حدث أثناء النقل.
• The customer pays when the return is for convenience — an unneeded quantity or a change of decision — and a restocking fee of up to 10% may apply on approved returns of unopened stock.يتحمّلها العميل إذا كان الاسترجاع لرغبته — كمية غير محتاجة أو تغيّر في القرار — وقد تُطبَّق رسوم إعادة تخزين تصل إلى ١٠٪ على المرتجعات المعتمدة للبضاعة غير المفتوحة.

6. Refund or exchange٦. رد القيمة أو الاستبدال

After we receive and inspect the goods, we issue a replacement, a credit note against future orders, or a refund by the same payment method — as agreed with you — within 7 to 14 working days of the inspection. A credit note is issued in line with the applicable tax invoicing requirements.بعد استلام البضاعة وفحصها، نصدر بديلاً أو إشعاراً دائناً يُخصم من طلبات قادمة أو نرد القيمة بنفس وسيلة الدفع — حسب ما يُتفق معك — خلال ٧ إلى ١٤ يوم عمل من تاريخ الفحص. ويصدر الإشعار الدائن وفق متطلبات الفوترة الضريبية النظامية.
