Payment terms are set out in the quotation or the supply agreement. Prices are exclusive of value added tax unless stated otherwise, and VAT is applied at the statutory rate. Our products carry a two (2) year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of the sales invoice. The warranty does not cover misuse, physical damage, immersion in liquids, unauthorised repair, or use with non-compliant chargers.تحمل منتجاتنا ضماناً لمدة سنتين (٢) ضد عيوب التصنيع من تاريخ فاتورة البيع. ولا يشمل الضمان سوء الاستخدام أو التلف المادي أو الغمر في السوائل أو الإصلاح لدى جهة غير معتمدة أو الاستخدام مع شواحن غير مطابقة.
